Independent Computer Lab: Work at our own pace by; learning the basic operation of the computer, building your computer skills and navigating the internet. (SPACE LIMITED)
Cooking:  Learn about kitchen safety, food safety, and how to cook simple healthy meals using the microwave and other kitchen appliances.  (SPACE LIMITED)
Self- Directed Social Recreation: You can develop your own social recreation activities, access computers for video games, or meet with your friends, or other social recreational activities at ARCIL Inc. This is not a class.
Keeping Fit: In this class you will practice some new moves on how to keep your body fit. The class incorporates ideas from adaptive yoga, low impact movement process includes; strength exercises, Pilates, aerobics with “Hip Hop Music.” Wii U Fit and Let’s Dance exercises, and Qigong that are easy to make use of in your daily life as you develop an individual wellness plan. (SPACE LIMITED)
Holistic Healing and Stress Reduction: This class focuses on resources and coping skills to support healthy living, healthy relationships, and more self-directed strategies for dealing with stressful situations or experiences. Participants will learn and practice ways to reduce stress and to increase their own self-regulation.
Personal Safety: Learn to be safe as you ago about your life; at the bus stop, workplace, and cyber-safety by avoiding danger on the internet and using assertiveness skills.
Community Resources:  Learn about resources in your community that are available for you to use in the community; Outreach Health, Meals on Wheels, and Family Protective Services.
